After a recent meeting of the Organizational Development (OD) Curriculum Team at University College, University of Denver last week, Gary Craig, Managing Partner of Vector Group, Inc., is the lead developer for redesigning a graduate OD course called “Organizational Culture and Organizational Development Impacts.” This is one of six courses leading to a certificate in OD. Gary will partner with Trina Hoefling in later stages of the process to complete the course redesign outline. This course will focus on systems thinking, organizational diagnosis and assessment, qualitative and quantitative data gathering, the relationship of organizational culture to long-term performance and change management. Gary and Trina will complete their work by April 26 so there is time for review and revisions prior to the final deadline of May 15, 2016.
