Cliff Feigelson, Partner

Cliffv3Cliff Feigelson will join Vector Group, Inc. as a Partner May 1, 2016. He worked in both the public and private sectors and has extensive experience as both a manager and consultant.  Mr. Cliff Feigelson’s career represents over 30 years of experience.

Cliff is a seasoned HR Generalist with 15 years experience as HR Mergers and Acquisitions leader with a record of accomplishments managing all aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) from strategy review through integration in domestic and international arenas.

He has extensive experience in enterprise-wide business transformation, culture change, organizational development, employment, executive compensation, and international Human Resources. Broad industry experience including engineering and construction, oil and gas, electrical, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, insurance and high tech.

Cliff held previous positions as HR Director M&A for Microsoft, GrafTech International (GTI) and most recently, Flextronics. At Microsoft he managed over $500M in domestic/international acquisitions from strategy approval through integration. He conducted due diligence, reviewed purchase agreements and saved $4M by negotiating retention terms.  At GTI he supported all phases of the M&A activity from Preliminary Due Diligence through Integration.  He was responsible for the HR function for all acquired companies. At Flextronics he led the M&A Human Resource Practice from Strategy Review through Integration for this $26B+ Global Supply Chain Solutions Leader.

Cliff held numerous Human Resources executive positions for a number of companies including SquareD Company, Michigan Consolidated Gas and Community Mutual Insurance Company (Blue Cross/Blue Shield) where he drove highly successful change initiatives.

He is no stranger to Vector Group as we have worked together on a number of projects over the last 30 years.

Cliff holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology – Stevens Institute of Technology from the Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus. He completed all requirements for his PhD except his dissertation.
